Y = 1/4x+2

Explanation:

So to find the slope of the line you can use rise/run to do this you can pick two points and count how may squares is going up and how many is going to the left.

For this problem the two points can be (0,2) and (4,1) and if we count how many squares it goes up by we can see its 1 and if we count from (0,2) to (4,1) horizontally the space is 4

To find y-int it is just where the line crosses the y axis
