Polonius tells Ophelia that he is the laughing stock of the castle because of the time Ophelia is spending Hamlet. He also tells her that Hamlet is only using her for sex, and that she is forbidden to see and speak with Hamlet again. Ophelia says she will obey her father.

Why do you agree or disagree with Ophelia’s decision? What do you predict will happen with Hamlet and Ophelia’s relationship??

Answer: I think that it's important for Ophelia to respect her father's wishes, especially if he has concerns about her safety or well-being. However, I also think that it's important for her to make her own decisions and not let others control her life. As for what will happen with Hamlet and Ophelia's relationship, it's difficult to say. If Hamlet truly cares for Ophelia, he may try to find a way to continue seeing her despite Polonius' objections. However, if he is only interested in her for sex, then their relationship may not last. Ultimately, I think it will depend on the actions and decisions of both Hamlet and Ophelia.
