Answer:

(21)/(4) or 5.25 litres

Explanation:

Hi there,

Since 1 hour is equivalent to
(3)/(3) and we have the amount for
(2)/(3) of an hour, we can find the amount Ben drinks for
(1)/(3) hour and multiply by 3.

To find the amount Ben drinks in
(1)/(3) hour, we should divide the amount at
(2)/(3) hour by 2.

(7)/(2) ÷ 2 =
(7)/(4)

Now that we know the amount at
(1)/(3) hour, we can multiply by 3 to determine the amount of tea he drank in one hour.

(7)/(4) × 3 =
(21)/(4)

Therefore, Ben drank
(21)/(4) or 5.25 litres of tea in one hour.

Hope this answer helps. Feel free to ask questions.

Cheers.
