Answer:

1. colorful, flowers

2. turquoise, dishes

3. extra, cash

4. hot, day

5. tedious, work

Step-by-step explanation:

I only showed the first five answers because I hope that after looking at the answers, you can kind of figure out the way that adjectives and the nouns they modify work. If you don't, let me know and I can work through the rest of them as well.

For now, let's try to figure out what the question is asking. We have to first find the adjective, then we have to find the noun that the adjective modifies, or describes.

For the first sentence, the adjective is colorful since it is a descriptive word, it describes a noun. That noun that it describes is flowers.

For the second sentence, the adjective is turquoise since it describes a noun, that noun being dishes.

Hopefully, that all makes sense. If you need more help, again, please let me know and I can work on the other sentences. :)
