In Parliamentary form of government, the executive is divided into two parts, i.e. the Head of the State (President) and the Head of the Government (Prime Minister). On the contrary, the President is the chief executive of the Presidential form of Government. In the United States, there is a executive branch a judiciary and legislative. All of these branches are voted in -Supreme Court. They stay for term limits and legislative is two houses, Represenative and senate. Each state has a specific amount of representatives based on population and senate is two per state [for basis of this see Connecticut compromise]
