A bag contains 9 red marbles, 5 white marbles, and 6 blue marbles. You draw 4 marbles out at random, without replacement. Find the probability that exactly one of the marbles is red

If you grab exactly 1 red, you calculate first what the probability is to just grab 1 red, then what it is to not grab another red

So, 9/24*15/23*14/22*13/21=195/2024=9.63%
