actually is really "x", which oddly enough is the 100%, and we also know that 24.5% of that is 15, so


\begin{array}{ccll} Amount&\%\\ \cline{1-2} x & 100\\ 15& 24.5 \end{array} \implies \cfrac{x}{15}~~=~~\cfrac{100}{24.5} \implies 24.5x=1500\implies x=\cfrac{1500}{24.5} \\\\\\ x=\cfrac{1500}{~~ (245 )/(10 ) ~~}\implies x=\cfrac{15000}{245}\implies x=\cfrac{3000}{49}\implies x\approx 61.22
