Once you have found the vertex and x-intercepts, you can plug in random values of x to find a coordinate pair that works. For example, if you were to plug/substitute in x=3, then you would have (3)^2 + 5(3) + 6, which is equivalent to 30, so (5,30) is a solution of that equation. Try with other values of x to get your other point.
