The glucose that is circulating in the blood ultimately ends up in body cells and the liver.
It is utilized by the body cells for energy or stored in the liver as glycogen for future use. Glucose does not end up in the pancreas or sweat.

Glucose ends up in the liver (and muscles) when your body is done with it. The liver acts as storage for “emergency” cases if your body needs some and doesn’t have any.
