Answer: 4 miles

========================================================

Work Shown:

d_1 = \text{ one of the diagonals} = 10\\\\d_2 = \text{ the other diagonal}= \text{x}\\\\A = \text{ area of the rhombus} = 20\\\\A = (d_1*d_2)/(2)\\\\20 = \frac{10\text{x}}{2}\\\\20*2 = 10\text{x}\\\\40 = 10\text{x}\\\\\text{x} = 40/10\\\\\text{x} = 4

The other diagonal is 4 miles long.
