Explanation: (Part A) A personality disorder needs to be diagnosed by a mental health professional, as self-diagnosing is often or possibly inaccurate. (Part B) Personality disorders do include thoughts/emotions that conflict with society since they usually think differently than other individuals that do not suffer from a personality disorder.
