Answer:

(a) The probability of guessing both questions correctly is (1/2) * (1/4) = 1/8, or 0.125, or 12.5%.

(b) The probability of guessing both questions incorrectly is (1/2) * (3/4) = 3/8, or 0.375, or 37.5%.

(c) The probability of guessing both questions correctly from the remaining options is (1/3) * (1/3) = 1/9, or approximately 0.111, or 11.1%.
