Answer:

B' (-6, 7)

C' ( -8, 1)

Explanation:

The rule is

(x,y) → (x -2, y - 1)

A( -2,4) → A' ( -4,3)

To get from A to A', the x value changed by -2 (-2-2 = -4). The y changed by -1 ( 3-1 = 3)
