You can use the part=percent(whole) method, which would produce X=75%(200), which is X=0.75(200), which is 150. 75% is 0.75 because 75% is really 75/100, which is 0.75. You can also use the proportion method, which is (percent)/100=(part)/whole. This would be 75/100=X/200. When cross multiplying and solving for X, you would once again get 150.
