to find the area you first need to find the area of the square which is


14 * 14 = {196m}^(2)

then to find the area of the top triangle its


14 * 14 / 2 = {98m}^(2)

then to find the area of the bottom triangle its


(38 - 28) * 14 -( (38 - 28) * (14 / 2)) = {70m}^(2)

then add all of them together and its 364 m squared.
