Managers who have the ability to influence employees to work toward organizational goals have the skill of leadership and communication.

A company cannot run by a naive man . As running or managing a company is not a cup of tea the person have to be hardworking and know how to communicate and lead the company.

So leadership and communication should be the main skill for the manager to influence employees to work toward organisational goals. To run a company one have to be responsible and knowledgeable also. If the person don't know what is the company is about they cannot do the work in an efficient manner.
