Explanation:

<B=<C

alternate angles are equal

supposedly

<CED=30°

<CDE+ <DEC+ <DCE =180°

90+30+x=180

x+120=180

x=180-120

x=60°

<AEB=<CED

therefore <AEB=30°

<ABE + <BAE + <BEA = 180°

y+90+30=180

y+120=180

y=180-120

y=60°

Proven that <B=<C

x=y
