You're already given 16 for the width of the rectangle. Perimeter: (L+L+W+W). Now we solve for length. Do 34 squared - 16 squared to get the missing length. 1156-256=900. Find the square root of 900 and now you have your length (30). Now you just add all the values up. 30+30+16+16=P. Therefore, the perimeter should equal 92. :)
