Answer:
(w^{(1)/(5) } )^(3)

Explanation:

The root of a number, say
\sqrt[n]{x} is equal to
x^{(1)/(n) }. So,
\sqrt[5]{w^(3) } = (w^(3) )^{(1)/(5) }. Since when dealing with an exponent of a number raised to an exponent you multiply the exponents, due to the associative property it does not matter which order you do the exponents in. So,
(w^(3) )^{(1)/(5) }= (w^{(1)/(5) } )^(3), which is answer D.
