Answer: The coordinates of F' are (14, 21).

Explanation:

Since we are rotating -90° clockwise about the origin (or 90° counterclockwise), we will apply (x, y) becoming (-y,x). I have also graphed this, see attached.

(21, -14) ➜ (14, 21)
