Answer:

B’ = (-11, 1)

Explanation:

Because the triangle is reflected across the line x = -2, it is being reflected across a vertical line.

Therefore only the x-coordinate will change.

As B is 9 units right of the line x = 2, the coordinates of B’ will be (-2 - 9, 1)

Which will be (-11, 1)
