Since there are 3 white horses in a total of 15 horses, the ratio of white horses, to the total number of horses are 1 : 5 So for 20 total number of horses, the number of white horses should be 4. The ratio of white horses to the total number of horses is 4 : 20 which is 1: 5

Therefore, 4 of the next 20 horses that come to board should you expect to be white horses
