1.Do the parentheses-(These are parentheses) first

When the number it touching another number like this, you need to multiply them together

12x6=72

72+14x2x2

2. Then do exponents, but we don't have any so next to multiplying

2x2=4

72+14x4

14x4=56

3. Now we divide, but we don't have to divide anything so now we add

72+56=128

4. There is no subtraction in the problem, so now we are done and the total is 128
