Vertical Asymtopes at -2 and + 3 means (x+2)(x-3) in the denominator

? / (( x+2)(x-3)) and it equals 0 at x = -1 means (x+1) in the numerator

? (x+1) / ((x+2)(x-3) and at x = 0 equals - 2 means you need to multiply it by 12 ....so the numerator becomes 12 and the denominator = -6 and the value becomes -2

12(x+1) / ((x+2)(x-3))
