Answer:I consider myself really lucky to have a caring and supportive family. My family consists of my parents, my older sister, and me. My parents have always taken good care of me, providing me with all I need and supporting me in everything I do.

I have a very loving and caring family. I live in a joint family and every day is wonderful just being with them. The kind of affection and love and affection that we got from our family can't be put into words. We get our strength from our family and they are the backbone of our life

I won’t write the speech for you, but as someone who wrote a speech that got a really good grade, I will help you:

1) Introduce what you are going to be talking about. “Family” is too generic, so you can say something like:

“Hello, in this speech I’ll be speaking about family. A family is… [definition of a family]. I’ll firstly talk about what makes a good family, and what makes a bad family. I’ll then talk about how your family can effect your mental health. Lastly, I’ll talk about how important my family is to me.”

You don’t have to talk about the points in that example, but they are suggestions. Feel free to make up your own, and add more things to speak about. But, I recommend laying out your introduction like this.

2) For your main body, go in as much detail as possible. Include data and/or statistics. Keep it structured and stay on point.

3) For your conclusion, summarise everything you’ve spoke about. Think of your conclusion as a short paragraph that would tell the audience everything about your speech in less than 30 seconds. Here’s an example of a conclusion:

“So in summary, a good family is/does… and a bad/family is/does… . Your family can affect your mental health by… . And my family is very important to me because…”

Again, you don’t have to speak about what’s in the conclusion, but they’re suggestions. But I recommend laying out your conclusion similar to this.

4) Confidence. If you are performing your speech, PRACTICE countless times at home beforehand. I practiced so many times for mine, and I accidentally learnt my entire speech off by heart! Because I remembered it so well, I was really confident to perform. Practice in front of friends and family and accept their feedback.
