Answer:

At the job, you will come across a variety of communication methods, such as nonverbal communication, written communication (email, memos, reports), and vocal communication (face-to-face, phone, video conferencing) (gestures, facial expressions, body language). Every business needs effective communication to ensure that everyone is on the same page, jobs are finished quickly, and goals are achieved.

Step-by-step explanation:

When working digitally instead of in the office, communication is different. There is a greater emphasis on written communication (emails, instant messaging) and video conferencing when working remotely. Body language and other nonverbal signs can be more difficult to decipher, which can result in misunderstandings or incorrect judgments. Face-to-face communication is more frequent and visual indications are simpler to pick up on when at job, too.

These conditions decide my chosen mode of communication. I prefer email or instant messaging for brief and simple communications. I prefer teleconferencing or an in meetings for conversations that are more involved or call for collaboration. In order to communicate effectively at work, I think it's necessary to use both online and in-person methods of communication.
