mgh = 1/2 mv^2

gh = 1/2 v^2

2 gh = v^2

v = sqrt ( 2 g h) = sqrt ( 2 * 9.81 * 4.5) = 9.4 m/s

Momentum = m * v = .05 kg * 9.4 m/s = .47 kg m/s
