Explanation:

Similar to equations with multiple variables needing substitution, we will substitute the contents of f(x) in the g(x) function for 5x-4.

g(x) becomes
g(x)=3(5x-4)-2.

To help us, we can simplify this to have only one x:


g(x)=3(5x-4)-2\\g(x)=15x-12-2\\g(x)=15x-14

Now, the question just needs us to plug in 6 for x
