Explanation:

lets change ? to x

(100 + x) / 100 = 10

we will substitute /100

(100 + x) /100 · 100 = 10 · 100

100 + x = 1000

we substitute +100

100 + x -100 = 1000 - 100

x = 900

Firstly, what divided by 100 would equal 10?
To work that out, 10x100=1000

This means 1000 divided by 100=10
That also means 100+?=1000

1000-100=100

?=100
