To find Jan's blinking rate in blinks per minute, we can divide the total number of blinks by the number of minutes.
Jan blinked 100 times in 5 minutes.
100/5 = 20
Therefore, Jan blinks at a rate of 20 blinks per minute.
So her blinking rate is:
