No, I don't think that I get enough sleep every night. According to research, 7-8 hours of sleep is necessary for the human body. But I'm only able to get 4-5 hours daily.

I'm unable to get enough sleep due to my studies. Sometimes, I also watch moves and series due to which habit of late sleeping is developed in me.

I feel drowsy when I don't sleep enough. I feel lazy and exhausted and sometimes my eyes and head also pain in worst case.

Making a proper schedule for the whole day and following it will help in getting good sleep. Also, habit of watching movies and series can also be reduced so that sleeping hours could not be wasted in these things.
