During world war 2, Indigenous peoples all over the world were subjected to various forms of mistreatments.
1. The australian stolen generations.
-The stolen generations is a term used to describe the Aboriginal and Torres strait islander children who were forcibly removed from their families by the Australian government between 1910 and 1970.
During world war 2 the government stepped up its policy of removing indigenous children from their families, claiming that it was for their own protection.

2. The internment of Native americans in the united states.
During WW2, The US government forced thousands of Native Americans to leave their homes and live in interment camps, the government claimed that the move was necessary for national security reasons but in reality, it was a form of racial profiling and discrimination.
