What is the main difference between health-related fitness and performance-related fitness?

Answer: Health related fitness (HRF) Is defined as muscular strength, body flexibility, body composition, and muscular endurance. Health-related fitness involves skills that enable one to become and stay physically healthy. Skill- or performance-related fitness involves skills that will enhance one's performance in athletic or sports events.
