Electric potential is defined as the amount of work is done (W) in moving a unit charge (Q) from infinity to a point it’s unit is volt (V) and it’s calculated as V=W/Q

So basically
(V)= electric potential
(W)= energy
(Q)= test charge

I hope I got it right
