you have to divid the numerator by the denominator example: 6 divided by 8 equals .75

Answer:

6/8 = 0.5

7/8 = 0.875

Explanation:

Get 6/8 and do this: 6 ÷ 8 and you get 0.5.

Then after that do the same for 7/8: 7 ÷ 8 and you get 0.875.
