Which answer choice is the STRONGEST evidence to support the author's central claim that now is not a good time to send humans to Mars?

In 2018, the European Space Agency's Mars Express identified liquid water buried in the south polar region of Mars.

The most polarising issue in the Mars debate is arguably the tension between those dreaming of a second home and those prioritising the one we have now.

Let's not forget that Mars has next to no atmosphere, only one-third gravity and exposed to surface radiation approximately 100 times greater than on Earth.

The technology to send a human to Mars needs another 10, perhaps even 15 years to get ready.

the fact that people are “those dreaming of a second home and those prioritizing the one we have now.” Because are we really responsible enough to care for a second planet when we are polluting our current one. We should prioritize fixing our planet before going to another one and instead of putting so much effort into getting to a new planet we should use that effort to clean our home.
