Select the correct answer in each table. Molly bought a case of bottled water at the store. The case contains 48 bottles. Molly knows that she will drink 3 bottles of water each day and plans to restock her supply of water once she has fewer than 10 bottles left. Determine which inequality is used to find the number of days, x, before Molly will need to restock her supply of bottled water. Inequality Options 48 - 3x > 10 48 - 3x ≤ 10 48 + 3x > 10 48x - 3 < 10 48 - 3x < 10 48 + 10 ≤ 3x After how many days will Molly have to go shopping for more water?

Answer:

Ok, I ended up getting 48 - 3x > 10

Explanation:

1) there are 48 bottoles per pack. She knows that she drinks three a day: so I would say 48 - 3x, BECAUSE of how she is drinking the water and x represents the amount of days.

2) I say > 10 because it is specificallyitspecifically FEWER THAN 10 BOTTLES. It did not say greater than, greater than or equal to, or less than or equal to.

So the answer would be logically 48 - 3x > 10
