Devin says that since the diagonals of kite intersect at right angles,the small right triangles are similar to both the left half and the right half of the kite.is he correct ? Explain

Check the picture below.

Devin is right on the money, by definition a kite has those features, also something Devin didn't notice is that their diagonals are congruent as you see in the picture and since both share one side, that means both triangles are not only similar but congruent.
