Answer:

y = 2/3x + 3

Explanation:

(-1,-1) (3,5)

5+1/3+1

6/4

2/3

y = 2/3x + b

5 = (2/3)(3) + b

5 = 2 + b

b = 3

y = 2/3x + 3
