Angle AEG is supplementary with angle AEB so, AEG + AEB = 180 AEG + 71 = 180 AEG = 180 – 71 AEG = 109 The measure of angle AEG is 109 degrees. Angle BED and AEG are vertical angles so their measures are the same.
