A robbery has occurred in Chloe’s neighborhood. Police officers receive a description of the suspect that matches Chloe’s appearance. They believe she has some of the stolen items in her possession. How does due process protect Chloe in this situation?

The police need her permission or a warrant to search her home.
The police have to find more proof before they can interview her.
The police need to rule out other suspects before accusing her.
The police have to reveal all of their findings to her during questioning.

I would think that the answer is B because police can’t just accuse and arrest the first person they think could be guilty. They need to gather more information and if more clues start leading to her then they can interview her.
