Classes are sometimes cancelled due to typhoons. How does this impact the learning pupils?

Their learning progress going to be stuck until the typhoon stopped, but nowadays we can do online learning (can be at wherever you're), so this doesn't affect much, unless the pupils/teacher directly affected by the typhoon.

(Second Opinion)

Their Learning progress will be stopped for until the goverment allow it, this is according to rules of some country, this is in order to uphold citizen's rights to life, health and safety.

Step-by-step explanation:
First Opinion is to continue online, so it doesn't affect much.
2nd is to fully stop and suspend in which it affect the pupils learning progress.
