You and your roommate spent all of last night studying for your psychology test. You think you know the material; however, you suggest that you study again the next morning an hour prior to the test. Your roommate asks you to explain why you think this is a good idea. What do you tell them?

Humans are naturally social animals, I feel like we learn better when we are with people we know. When I was younger, I would prefer to study with my close classmates, rather then by myself.
I feel like my brain just naturally chooses to remember memories that are a little more pleasing because I’m out with peers, then solitary ones.
Everybody’s different of course, but I feel like commonly most people prefer learning like this due to this reason.

I reckon the reason why you would say that is because when you absorb information closer towards the test time, you are able to remember a higher quantity of information. However, it may occur to the detriment of you being tired and fatigued from waking up early and doing work early. It depends on how you feel or your daily routine.
