m∠C=81°

Explanation:

The Sum of Angles in Triangle Theorem basically means that the angles in the inside of a triangle will add up to 180°. We already know that m∠D is 22°. Using Linear Pairs we can find out that m∠B is 77° since 180-103=77. Because of The Sum of Angles in Triangle Theorem we know that 22+77+m∠C=180. 180-99=m∠C, m∠C=81°. Hope this helps :)
