If Maya is using 3/4 of the amount of oats called for in the original recipe and increasing the amount of blueberries by 1/4 of the original amount, then she needs to calculate:

Oats: 3/4 * 1/2 = 3/8 cup
Blueberries: (1 + 1/4) * 3/4 = 15/16 cup
Chocolate chips: 1 * 2 = 2 cups
White sugar: 1 * 2 = 2 cups
To double this new recipe, Maya needs to multiply each ingredient by 2:

Oats: 3/8 * 2 = 3/4 cup
Blueberries: 15/16 * 2 = 30/16 = 1 14/16 = 1 7/8 cups
Chocolate chips: 2 * 2 = 4 cups
White sugar: 2 * 1 = 2 cups
Therefore, Maya will need 1 7/8 cups of blueberries for her doubled recipe.
