(Pi)r^2 *3r/2 =12936
(Pi)r^3 = 12936*2/3 =8624
r^3 = 864 /(Pi) =8624* 7/22 = 2744
r= (2744^(1/3) = 14; h=21
2(Pi)rh = 2*(22/7) *14*21=1848
Solution
1848cm^2
