Explanation:

Angles EXTERNAL to a circle are equal to 1/2 the difference of the intercepted arcs

arcs are 17x and 360 - 17x

75 = 1/2(17x - ( 360-17x)

75 = 1/2 ( 17x - 360 + 17x)

150 = 34x-360

510 = 17x

x =30
