Hello!
c. animal dispersal
Large seeds would have difficulty being dispersed by animal dispersal because they may be too heavy or large for animals to carry or swallow. Smaller seeds are often more easily dispersed by animals through attachment to fur or feathers, or by being ingested and later excreted, allowing for the seed to be spread further from the parent plant. Mechanical dispersal, wind dispersal, and water dispersal may also be less effective for larger seeds, but animal dispersal is typically most impacted by seed size and weight.
Hope this helps!
