The probability of drawing a blue marble is the same as drawing a red or green marble is wrong as there are 4 blue marbles and only 2 red ones and 4 green ones.

The probability of not drawing a blue one is 60% is right as he has 4 blue ones and the green and red ones add up to be 60% and the 4 blue ones represent 40% and 40+60=100 therefore 100% which shows that the both colours rival the blue one representing 60%.
