Answer:

Explanation:

x^(2) = -2x^(2) +15

add
2x^(2) to both sides

3x^(2) = 15

divide each side by 3

x^(2) =5

square root each side
√(x^2) =√(5)

x= 2.23606794 or rounded to the nearest hundredth
x=2.24 or x = ±
√(5)

Answer:

since,

y = 2x and y = –2x + 15

then,

2x = –2x + 15

or, 4x = 15

or, x = 15/4

or, x = 3.75

Also,

y= 2x

= 2*3.75

= 7.5

Hope it helped

All the best!!
